We are updating our content usage rights to include AI.

We have updated section 3 of our agreement to clarify the use of the content (photos and videos) in connection with AI-based applications. The revised paragraph reads as follows:

3. Transfer of rights of use, rights to developments

3.3 All proprietary rights, copyrights and exploitation rights, including processing rights, arising from developments or from processing or data or improvements in the products, where they came into being due to the work for Ottobock, shall lie exclusively with, and be free of charge for, Ottobock. Ottobock is entitled at any time and without time limit to transfer these rights exclusively or non-exclusively to third parties, to grant third parties exclusive or non-exclusive rights thereto and/or to transfer ownership thereof to third parties. This also includes rights to AI-generated content that was created in whole or part based on the model recordings.
