Dual Study Program in Business Administration (Finance)
Are you interested in business, numbers, and strategic thinking? Start your dual study program in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at Ottobock in 2026.You’ll combine academic theory with hands-on experience and gain valuable insights into our finance functions – from controlling to accounting.
What you can expect: A combination of university studies and practical experience, insights into key finance functions, early responsibility and meaningful tasks and projects as well as excellent career prospects after graduation.
You bring: A university entrance qualification (Abitur) by the start of the program on August 1, 2026, strong grades in mathematics, good German and English language skills, an interest in numbers and business-related topics as well as teamwork, and confidence in using a PC.

FOS internship
Would you like to complete your vocational baccalaureate at a specialised secondary school and are looking for an internship in the commercial or industrial/technical field?
Period: 1 year

Ottobock was honoured with the title ‘Most Wanted Start 2025’, a prestigious award presented by Kununu and the ZEIT publishing group. This award recognises companies that stand out for their outstanding training programmes and high trainee satisfaction. The key criteria include a recommendation rate of at least 70%, a rating score of at least 3.5 stars and a large amount of positive feedback from trainees within the last 12 months on the Kununu rating platform. Ottobock was able to score points with its practice-oriented training, individual support and long-term prospects for young talent.

To earn the coveted TOPAS label, a company must develop objectives supported by concrete measures that are implemented and established for the long term. During on-site audit discussions, these objectives are reviewed and evaluated within the company. The focus of strategic employer branding lies on employee retention and integration, as well as talent acquisition. In November 2022, Ottobock was awarded the TOPAS seal by the IHK and the Südniedersachsen Foundation and was recertified in 2024.
