The Milano Cortina 2026 Paralympic Winter Games will bring together approximately 665 athletes competing in 79 medal events across six sports: Para alpine skiing, Para biathlon, Para cross-country skiing, Para ice hockey, Para snowboard, and Wheelchair curling.
The sports venues will be set up at different locations in Italy to offer both spectators and athletes a unique experience and to create an impressive backdrop for sporting excellence.
Ottobock at Milano Cortina 2026.
An international team of around 60 O&P professionals, wheelchair technicians and welders will be working for Ottobock during the Milano Cortina 2026 Paralympic Winter Games. Fully equipped Repair Service Centers are set up in the three Paralympic Villages – Milano, Predazzo and Cortina. These Repair Service Centers offer athletes repair and maintenance service to wheelchairs, prostheses, orthoses and sports equipment free of charge so they can focus fully on their competitions.
In addition to the three main workshops, emergency workshops will be set up at all venues to ensure fast and reliable on-site support during the competitions as well.
