I consciously chose to pursue my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at Ottobock because the purpose, giving people back their quality of life, inspired me from the very beginning. My first placement during the apprenticeship was with the HR Apprenticeship team. There, I experienced firsthand how reliable teamwork and smart, well-thought-out planning enable us to reach new milestones—including regaining the “Top Aprrenticeship Company” audit seal after four years. For me, this success represents a fulfilled promise of the high quality of apprenticeship at Ottobock and reflects our shared commitment to excellence.

My vision is to provide a toolset that feels natural, intuitive, and freeing, so CPOs can focus on what truly matters: their patients, while spending less time dealing with software.

Ottobock is a smart company because it places great value on individual development. Apprentices, in particular, are given numerous opportunities to actively participate in daily business activities, explore different departments, and grow both professionally and personally. Through these experiences, new connections are formed and close collaboration between departments is encouraged. Even though Ottobock is an international and large company, it still manages to create the feeling of being part of a “small big family” right from the beginning of the apprenticeship program.
