Reliable. We keep our word and make it real.

This is how our colleagues experience the value reliable in their daily work.

In Bulgaria, the GBS team is relatively small, around 90 employees, and Silvi and I are the only two HR professionals covering all HR-related topics. In addition to this, Silviya is also responsible for the manufacturing site, where the team consists of around 400 employees. This makes her scope and responsibilities extensive, and time is always limited.
Despite this, our ambition goes far beyond urgent operational tasks such as recruitment, contract preparation, and daily administration. We strive to focus more on employer branding, people development, and creating a strong, engaging workplace culture.
Every time I announce that we will participate in a career event, something truly special happens. Colleagues from Finance and Logistics immediately come to me and say: “Hey Dani, how can I help?” or “I want to participate—just tell me what to do.” These are people with full agendas and numerous responsibilities, yet they willingly step forward to support the team.
This means more to me than words can express. It is priceless to know that we are surrounded by so many reliable, supportive colleagues who are ready to contribute, not because they have to, but because they want to. This reliability and team spirit are what truly make our GBS team strong.

What reliability means to me: Our users rely on our products. That is why reliability is a crucial cornerstone of our relationship with customers. The same applies to how we work with one another—both with colleagues and with team members. Only promise what you can truly deliver, and do everything you can to keep the commitments you make. Reliability is not a single action, but a daily mindset.

Being reliable means being trustworthy and dependable—getting it done right, and getting it done well.

2020 – We (Schneider Family) are ‘River Angels’ on the Mississippi River and help those that are paddling the River from its start in Minnesota to the Gulf. We were lucky enough to help this crew of a bilateral transfemoral amputee and SCI Veteran paddling to raise funds for injured veterans. Great group! Even better people and cause!

For me, being reliable doesn’t necessarily mean accomplishing everything in a very short time. It means that what you communicate actually happens. And it also means being open about it when you can’t manage something, or can’t complete it within the given timeframe.

For me, ‘reliable’ is above all embodied by my colleagues. Within the team, tasks are carried out dependably, and everyone gives their best to achieve the agreed goals.
